Ivy Chuang is a flutist and cultural programme curator. As Creative Ambassador of Radiance Global Culture, she shapes the artistic direction of our projects and supports cultural exchange between Hong Kong and Sarawak—through performances, masterclasses and community dialogues developed with artists, educators and local partners.
Sanders Poon 潘祉瑜 Co-Founder & Lead Strategist
Sanders drives the strategic direction of Radiance Global Culture, focusing on partnerships across government, foundations, institutions and corporate collaborators. He supports programme positioning, sponsorship collaboration and stakeholder coordination—building two-way cultural exchange between Hong Kong and Sarawak, including pathways to showcase Sarawak artists and cultural narratives in Hong Kong.
